【摘要】 The Pacific Region seems to be deteriorating into a high-risk area.Building an overarching Trans-Pacific Security Cooperation Architecture is the call of the hour.The aim is to fill the vacuum of a region-wide all-embracing arrangement to compensate for the deficiencies of existing multi-lateral mechanisms.Fortunately,the Pacific Ocean offers ample space to accommodate all players in their pursuit of shared peace and common development.更多还原
