《美国公共图书馆协会战略规划》解读与启示——基于新旧文本的分析

【摘要】 美国公共图书馆协会(PLA)服务机制源远流长,其战略规划对我国公共图书馆事业发展具有借鉴意义。文章从核心观念与愿景、目标与任务、关于对未来的假设三个方面对《PLA战略规划》的新旧文本进行对比分析,发现国外公共图书馆尤为重视战略规划工作,其对我国公共图书馆行业的有益启示为:强调公共图书馆联盟化协调合作,重视认知宣传与图书馆形象构建,推动全民阅读与文化强国建设,力求实现结构转型与创新发展等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The service mechanism of Public Library Association(PLA) in America has a long history, and its strategic plan has a great significance on the development of public libraries in China. This paper makes a comparative analysis on PLA Strategic Planning of the new and old editions from three aspects: core ideology and vision, goal statement and objective, and planning assumptions. It is found that foreign public libraries attach the importance to strategic planning. Its beneficial interpretation to the public library circles in China is as follows: emphasizing the coordination and cooperation of public libraries in alliance, attaching the importance to cognitive propaganda and library image construction, promoting national reading and cultural power construction, and strenuously achieving the structural transformation and innovative development.更多还原
